A position that is integral to the successful running of the office, this prestigious brand is offering a dual role combining facilities and reception duties and is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist who takes a friendly, hands-on and proactive approach.

Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace
* Act as the first point of contact for facilities queries and contractors
* Manage service providers for building maintenance
* Conduct regular health & safety checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, and fire extinguisher inspections
* Maintain records and support with Health & Safety Inductions, Risk Assessments, and DSE assessments
* Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls and perform general front-of-house duties
* Ensure reception and office areas remain professional and welcoming
* Arrange quotes, cost-saving initiatives, and maintenance works for building projects
* Manage stationery, post distribution, and general office supplies
* Oversee meeting room preparation, including layout and providing refreshments
* Provide general administration support to the wider team
Facilities Coordinator Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a Facilities, Office Coordination, or Reception-based role
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple contractors
* Friendly, approachable, and professional in both written and verbal communication
* Confident using Outlook, Teams, and Word; tech-savvy with general office systems
* A problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Comfortable liaising with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers
* Experience managing small office projects and service contracts is highly beneficial
