Job Purpose/Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process our internal payroll across three jurisdictions, UK, IOM & ROI. You will be required to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments to over 1600 staff. A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. To be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. Also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. The goal is to ensure our colleagues receives the correct compensation in a timely manner. About The Role Key Accountabilities: Check hours worked is calculating correctly for each employee. Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, sickness etc. with assistance of an integrated software system i-trent. Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed. Upload payslips through an electronic system and respond to queries regarding same. ? Process taxes and payment of employee benefits. ? Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors. Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. Review pension uploads and handle queries regarding same. Benefits in Kind handling.
