Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing space startup company and play a key role in the development of air-breathing satellites that can breathe air and operate at an altitude of just 200 km - one-third that of conventional satellites. We are seeking a Junior/Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage recruitment tools to build efficient recruitment workflows, identify top-tier satellite engineering talent, and enhance our hiring practices. You will have complete ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening, active headhunting to onboarding. Key Responsibilities Own and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and seamless candidate experiences. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using the latest AI recruitment tools to attract high-quality engineering candidates. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deeply understand hiring requirements and timelines. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine technical competence, cultural fit, and role alignment. Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviews to onboarding. Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Conduct talent mapping to proactively identify and engage passive candidates. Actively headhunt and engage candidates through targeted outreach and networking efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong academic or professional credentials. Interest in space. Experience or strong interest in using advanced AI recruitment technologies and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams and stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive personality. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment. Good to Haves (but not a must): Previous experience (0-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
