* Salary: Up to £40,401 per annum, depending on experience
* Shift allowance: £3,595 per annum

You'll be working at our clients dedicated site as the first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, commercial mechanical works and fabric work.
You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.k
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
* 18th edition or F-GAS - Category 1
* "On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
* Strong communication skills and work ethic
* Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 3 - electrical
* Time served apprenticeship on refrigeration or AC
* 2391 testing inspection
* Basic fabric skills

Other Information
* The role will involve working rotating day and night shifts
* 4 days on, 4 days off - Rotating days (6am - 6pm) & nights (6pm - 6am)
