The Successful Applicant
A successful Operation Manager should have:
1. A degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing operations in the property industry.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in logistics software systems.
6. Knowledge of property industry regulations and ISO requirements.
