Job Title: Program Manager - ServiceNow Salary: 12-14 month Contract. Competitive Day Rate. The program manager will be responsible for overseeing the further roll-out of ServiceNow across Focus Group business encompassing the introduction of new and evolved processes, systems and improving data quality to drive efficiency and help the business to further scale. This will include the implementation of ServiceNow for order management, field service management, a customer facing portal, and remedial data work required for project success. This role will involve working closely with a large stakeholder group from across the business, managing resources, setting priorities, and ensuring that each project is planned, executed and delivered on time, to scope, and within budget. You must have extensive experience of running large scale ServiceNow implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead the end-to-end program management of the ServiceNow roll out, transforming the way the business will operate. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful program delivery. Program Governance: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure successful project outcomes, keeping the program steering committee up to date and escalating when needed. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Change Management: Work closely with the change management team to develop and implement a comprehensive training and communications plan to drive user adoption and ensure the program delivers the benefits as intended. Lead the program: Lead and coach the program team to deliver their responsibilities and serve as the escalation point should issues arise. Requirements Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations. Skills: Strong program & project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred. Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, preferably including order management, field service management, and customer portal modules.
