About the Role
We are seeking an Organisational Transformation Advisor to join our team at HMRC. As a key member of our change management function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering organisational change initiatives that drive business results.
With an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to make a real impact on the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organisational change principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver organisational change initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Conduct data analysis to inform change management decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
About You:
* You will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Management) or equivalent experience.
* You will have a minimum of 9 years' experience in organisational change, talent management, or human resources.
* You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
* Experience with change management software and tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
