Job Description
I am looking for a self-employed support worker to help me out in the community and at home. Must have PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) training. I am 22 years old and I love music, dancing, walking, playing board games, swimming, cycling, word search, computer games, and iPad. I am learning the piano and I really enjoy road maps. I am trying to return to a college close to home and I enjoy my café job when I can do this. I also have autism, which means that I find communicating with other people difficult and hard to follow on my own. I am good at some social things such as knowing the way everywhere in Bristol, maths, building complicated rail tracks, and trying to be as independent as possible with one-to-one support to assist me.
Applicants, if not already, would receive some basic training too.

Requirements
* Enthusiastic, caring individual with a willingness to learn.
* Experience working with young adults and autism.
* Experience/training in Positive Behaviour Support therapy.
* Enjoy doing sport activities such as swimming, tennis, and football.
* Patient, reliable, fun, active, and understanding applicant.
* Full DBS required.
Transportation
* Full UK driving license.
* Own personal car.
* Can drive a motability equipped car.
Hours
Up to 20 hours per week, some during the weekday, two evenings, and 4 hours on a Saturday depending on candidate availability which can be discussed at the interview.
Pay
£15.50 per hour.
