Main duties of the job
As the Head of Operational Performance, you will play a key role in ensuring Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals meet performance targets, delivering high-quality, efficient care. Collaborating with senior leaders, clinical teams, and external partners, you’ll develop performance strategies that drive continuous improvement and support the Trust’s goals.
You’ll guide teams in service improvements, capacity planning, and performance monitoring, using tools like Power BI to deliver data insights for decision-making. By engaging with stakeholders, you’ll ensure services meet national and local standards and remain efficient and patient-focused.
Leading modernisation efforts, you’ll improve operational efficiency and foster a high-performance culture. Acting as a mentor and advisor, you’ll help leaders address challenges and maintain effective service delivery.
We seek a candidate with strong analytical and leadership skills to manage data, drive initiatives, and collaborate across teams. Expertise in NHS performance standards, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire others are essential.
