Job Title: Qualified Mental Health Practitioner

Rate: Up to £29 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Teams based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team, offering flexible working options and a high pay rate.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide high-quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence by identifying appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users. You will manage a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA), conduct care planning, care coordination, and psychosocial interventions, perform risk assessments and support Adult Safeguarding. Additionally, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), actively participate in and contribute to supervision and team meetings, and maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies, and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and self-directed support.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Post Qualified Registration in a core profession at degree level (SWE, NMC, or HCPC)
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license (where role is community-based)
* Relevant qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy at degree level
* Post-qualified experience
