Your new company is a Sussex-based property developer that specialises in creating luxury, design-led residential flats and houses, with a focus on converting period buildings and offices, as well as crafting bespoke new-build homes. The projects are valued from £2 to £6 million and can be traditional new-build modern houses, town centre flats and refurbishments of existing properties. You will be working with the client team to ensure the programming of the projects is staggered to ensure there are no major crunch points with procurement/end of projects.
