CNC Router Operator

As a CNC Router Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production team, working with state-of-the-art CNC equipment to create high-precision products. You will interpret technical drawings, set up and operate CNC routers, and ensure that products meet the client’s rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC routers to produce parts according to specifications
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to determine the dimensions and tolerances of products
* Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
* Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
* Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet the company’s standards
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise production
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
