Service Coordinator
The Role:
The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting a team carrying out the repair and refurbishment of IT hardware. Working from the companies new Droitwich facility, the successful Service Coordinator will support the departments service commitments by planning, scheduling and coordinating engineering service works, managing stock and inventory of spare parts whilst ensuring response times and service level agreements are adhered to. Key Responsibilities:
* Checking and handling all service requests ensuring they are logged, ranked and dealt with accordingly with the resources available
* Formulating service performance reports and spares usage
* Leading all service coordination activities, ensuring prompt response and resolution on outstanding issues
* Overseeing stock inventory as well as availability of parts to meet engineering demand
* Organising the procurement, tracking and distribution of spare parts
Service Coordinator
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a service coordination role is essential
* Experience within an engineering support or similar field would be advantageous, although not essential
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong organisational skills and multi-taking abilities with good attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders
