As Senior Business Support Coordinator – Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a highly professional
business support team within Asset Management. Your key focus will be ensuring that property maintenance and compliance
requirements are actively monitored and supported, while driving efficiencies across all processes.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary technical team, managing tasks related to planned maintenance, response repairs,
empty properties, compliance, and investment activities. Your expertise will help ensure that statutory, regulatory, and corporate
requirements are met while improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Business Support professionals.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and improve processes within the Asset Management team to drive efficiencies.
* Monitor and manage maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and high service standards.
* Oversee IT systems and data management to maintain accurate records and audit trails.
* Support procurement frameworks and value-for-money initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Champion change, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in business/compliance support within a property maintenance environment.
* Proven leadership & people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Strong IT & data management skills, including experience with Microsoft Office & Teams.
* Understanding of health & safety legislation within property maintenance and construction.
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration.
* A strategic mindset, with the ability to lead on process improvements and efficiency gains.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview
