Circa £28,000 DOE + the opportunity to be part of a growing in-house Marketing team.
Email Marketing Executive job profile:
You will play a key role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimising digital engagement, and enhancing our customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and digital marketing best practices to drive lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and renewals.
* Work with the wider marketing team to create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
* Optimise email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
* Manage the email marketing automation platform, ensuring workflows, triggers, and journeys are aligned with customer touchpoints.
* Monitor and report on email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to refine email messaging and campaign strategies.
* Support SEO initiatives, ensuring email content aligns with best practices for organic visibility.
* Maintain and update website content using the CMS, ensuring messaging consistency and usability.
* Analyse digital marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and digital marketing innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
* Proven experience in email marketing, CRM and Automation, ideally 2 years dedicated channel knowledge
* Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practice
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and website content management systems.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail
