We are looking for a Temporary Offboarding Administrator to join our Customer Services team for a 6 months FTC. As an Offboarding Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Customer Retention Manager and assist in the Offboarding of customers that have decided to leave 4Com. You will be working collaboratively with other Customer Service colleagues, managing your own cases, and providing administrative support to the Customer Retention Manager. As An Offboarding Administrator Your Responsibilities Will Include Line Leaving notifications - Receiving and processing leaving notifications received against Line, Broadband and SIP services, contacting the customer to discuss their reasons/requirements. Off-boarding – You will follow the relevant steps to ensure our customers are off -boarded correctly, with all systems updated. You will need to ensure that billing, providers and the CRM platform are kept up to date. Title of Goods – You will be involved in handling the recovery of Title, liaising with the funder and the customer, where necessary. You will also ensure that the relevant systems are updated; Kit return of offboarded customers – following the offboarding process, you may liaise with various departments to assist in the recovery of equipment from customers that have exited the agreements or seen the agreements terminated; Processing departmental goodwill requests - preparing weekly team statistics for the your Manager, using the data within our CRM. Calculate early termination charges – ensuring they present in the correct PDF for sending to customers.
