Our expanding team needs a dynamic National Account Manager to help drive our ambitious goals. This opportunity is on a 12 month contract and sits within our Retail channel.
Operating from our Banbury Head Office and our cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch, DCS Group is committed to excellence. As a National Account Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute customer strategies, taking full ownership of customer relationships and driving revenue growth
* Deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) that exceed sales and margin targets
* Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments
* Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth

You bring an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding commercial awareness and proven results in account management. You’re a strong communicator, skilled in negotiation and category management, with a collaborative approach to achieving targets and delivering customer excellence.
