Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to work with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school near Alum Rock to join their staff on a long-term basis. The school is a larger than average mainstream primary school that invest in their staff. They understand the importance of staff wellbeing and provide appropriate practical support where necessary. Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 4 class who has a good knowledge of the curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons and monitor students’ progress. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking. PPA time will be given. The class consists of one child with SEND, seven children are higher achievers, six are lower ability and the rest are at expected level. This Primary Teacher role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full time.
