Senior Contracts/Project Manager – High-End Retail Fit-Out

A leading international general contractor—renowned for delivering exceptional high-end retail fit-outs across Europe—is expanding operations in the UK and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of high-end retail fit-out projects from start to finish
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and environmental standards
* Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
* Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial reporting
* Recruit and mentor project team members
* Help establish and grow the UK operation
Who You Are:
* 5+ years’ experience in UK construction project management, ideally in high-end retail fit-outs
* Solid understanding of UK regulations, health & safety (CDM 2015), and quality management systems
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programmes
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts
* Skilled communicator and relationship-builder
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (desirable)
* Italian language skills a plus—but not essential
