Behaviour Mentor | About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students across all year groups, helping them navigate personal and academic challenges. You will provide essential support through one-on-one mentoring and small group interventions, reinforcing positive behaviour, self-discipline, and motivation. Working in a supportive, family-like atmosphere, youll be a key figure in helping students feel valued and supported.
