We are delighted to be supporting a well established and very highly regarded international Creative Agency in their search for a new Sales Administrator.
This is a brand new role to the business, created by their ongoing success, so presents a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Administrator to head in and truly make the role their own.
Supporting the Sales Manager & wider team you will be responsible for:
~ Handling the bulk of administrative tasks on behalf of the team
~ Managing email schedules
~ Preparing key documents
~ Analysing data to help provide insightful reports
~ Help streamline workflows & improve processes
~ Provide general assistance as directed
**this is purely an administrative role, not a sales role**
In order to be successful you will need:
~ Strong attention to detail
~ Previous administrative experience
~ Strong Excel skills
~ Team ethos and collaborative mentality
This is an office-based role, where you will be required to work on site from Monday to Friday.
Standard hours are 9am to 5pm, but my client would be open to shorter days or later start & finish times – ideal for those who have other commitments such as school runs or relative check-ins to work around.
In return you will receive a salary of circa. £25,000 p.a. (pro-rata if part-time).
This could be flexible for the right candidate.
