Salary: Very Competitive Basic + Commission (OTE £40,000+)
Hours: 5 days a week, including every other Saturday

We’re now looking for an Experienced Sales Executive with 2 or more years of proven success in multi-franchise used car sales. If you’re comfortable appraising part exchanges, finalising finance options, and consistently exceeding targets, we’d like to talk.
Overview
From the initial enquiry to closing the sale, your role is to ensure every step feels seamless. You’ll handle detailed valuations, create sales videos, and manage all aspects of administration, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Sales Process: Follow our approach to maximise sales while keeping customer trust a priority.
* Deliver High-Quality Service: Maintain a great experience online and offline, with prompt, professional communication.
* Appraise Part Exchanges: Inspect vehicles thoroughly, then negotiate fair, accurate valuations.
* F&I Expertise: Present finance products clearly, offering customers the best possible guidance.
* Keep Organised: Maintain our CRM system, stay on top of leads, and update all paperwork accurately.
What We’re Looking For
* Track Record in Used Car Sales: At least 2 years, ideally multi-franchise, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Confident & Personable: Skilled at building rapport, handling negotiations, and overcoming objections.
* Attention to Detail: Able to handle data entry, valuations, and calculations with precision.
* IT Literate: Comfortable managing CRM entries and email communications.
* Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for test drives and vehicle movement.
