As a Marketing Executive in our autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes Commercial Team, you’ll take fully funded training via an accredited provider enrolling on a course with a typical duration of 15 months, delivered through one full-day or two half-day seminars each month, coaching from experienced marketing professionals, plus a virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons.
What does the team do?
At Sanofi, we are working cross-functionally to help the NHS provide our medicines to the right people. In commercial, based on insights, we design and execute our strategy to ensure we reach our commercial objectives, focusing on marketing, customer engagement, and experience. We develop campaigns and activation plans around a customer-first operating model to increase awareness and understanding of what our medicine can do for people and to drive behavioural change.
We ensure all our field teams are properly equipped with knowledge and materials compliant with the ABPI code to support meaningful conversations with the HCPs they engage with daily. The same applies to all our channels and activities.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the creation of promotional materials, from business need alignment, concept review, agency brief, ongoing review, approval/certification, and training/roll-out. Work cross-functionally to ensure materials and marketing assets are delivered in high quality on time.
* Work with the Omnichannel lead to ensure the materials are tailored to customer preferences.
* Support the training/roll-out from content design, approval, and delivery working with the appropriate functions.
* Project management, tracking, stakeholder coordination, reviews, and reporting.
About you
* Experience: Some basic experience in one or more of: communications, marketing, customer-facing role.
* Soft skills: Project management, communication, outcome/impact driven, and collaboration.
* Technical skills: Microsoft Office Pack, collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Miro, scrum methodology.
* Education:
o Proof of a minimum of A Level BCC worth 104 UCAS points or BTEC National Diploma DMM worth 112 UCAS points or Access to HE qualifications with 9 Distinctions and 36 Merits or Equivalent Level 3 qualifications worth 112 UCAS points.
o Hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
o HNC (Higher National Certificate) or equivalent.
* Personal Characteristics: Growth mindset, accountability, agile, logical, action-oriented, empathetic, resilient.
* Languages: English first language.
