Responsiblities: Ensure food safety, quality, and legislative standards are consistently met and maintained. Become fully conversant with Quality Management Systems. Identify non-conformances and work with managers to implement corrective actions. Conduct hygiene, GMP, and traceability audits. Assist in controlling non-conforming products.
