We are looking for a creative who has a passion for photography and an eye for graphic design. This is an exciting role where you will be able to fuse the two and own the entire visual content side of our brand.
You will have access to our in-house studio where you can experiment with light, colour, and composition to create engaging online content.
You might be a recent University graduate or have several years of commercial experience under your belt; we’re much more interested in the person rather than the experience.

We are a family-owned online women’s fashion business based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Founded in 2002, we design and develop our own label handbags, clothing, and accessories which are exclusively available on our website. We’re continuing to grow and develop our online presence in the UK and international markets via sales channels including E-Mail, Organic Social, Paid Social, and our website.
The Graphic Designer/Photographer Opportunity:
Ollie & Nic is managed by a small team, and you will be given a high level of autonomy over the work you produce. We are looking for someone who can confidently create the content and manage the online visual merchandising of our brand to improve and grow Ollie & Nic’s brand identity in line with our customer demographic.
Working with the Marketing Director, you will plan, agree, and execute marketing campaigns. The images you create will be used across all channels to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
This is primarily an in-house role and would require you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ideate content schedule with the Marketing Director working to a forward calendar.
* Produce imagery to support messages of agreed calendar – in studio, on location, etc.
* Edit photos into formats & designs suited to the relevant channel. Design e-mail marketing campaigns in line with content calendar (3x-4x per week).
* Own & schedule the organic social posts across Facebook & Instagram.
Essential skills:
* Proficient with Adobe Photoshop + High level of Graphic Design ability
* Experience with creating visual content for direct-to-consumer brands
* Knowledge of digital camera photography and basic studio lighting knowledge
* Knowledge of camera operating techniques, video styles, and video formats
* Ability to work on different projects, work to deadlines, and manage your time well
* A highly creative and innovative mindset to create compelling content
* A qualification within a related subject is preferable but not compulsory (Graphic Design, Photography, Film, Communications, and Media Studies)
Desirable skills:
* Previous experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email campaign creators.
* Visual merchandising experience for a physical or online business.
