We’re looking for a dynamic individual to support our Marketing Campaigns Manager in the development, execution, and analysis of General Insurance (GI) and Financial Services (FS) campaigns across our Agency network and Mutual Direct (MD). You’ll be the driving force behind end-to-end campaign management, ensuring the seamless coordination of key activities, from planning to execution. You’ll have a deep understanding of sales engagement, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling and effective internal multi-channel campaigns that directly contribute to business growth. With experience across a variety of communication channels—whether it’s email, intranet, or traditional methods—you’ll be adept at crafting messages that resonate and drive results. Your ability to manage relationships with creative agencies and third parties will be key, as you’ll brief them on campaigns that align with business priorities. You’ll also bring a strong analytical mindset, with experience in briefing data analysis requirements and turning valuable insights into actionable strategies. You’ll be comfortable working with data to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results. Ideally, you have experience with Life and General Insurance products and designing data collection campaigns. Familiarity with email campaign tools like Poppulo and a business franchise model environment would be a bonus, but what matters most is your passion for delivering impactful communication strategies that help drive business growth.
