What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Managing client relationships – Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
* Overseeing project milestones – Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and internal planning.
* Aligning teams & resources – Working closely with developers, analysts, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinating planning with clients – Leading conversations around priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
* Ensuring internal & external project visibility – Keeping teams aligned with clear reporting and documentation.
* Managing QA & knowledge sharing – Ensuring lessons are learned and shared across the team.
* Helping refine our processes – Improving efficiency and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.

Essential Skills
* Strong relationship-building skills

* Background in event management or operations
