Do you have experience of working within an Energy Consultancy or TPI? Our client, a growing Energy Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Metering/Customer Service professional with expertise in portfolio management and end-to-end customer support. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, preparing tenders, handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests, resolving objections and terminations, managing meter installations and removals, and addressing MOP & DCDA related cases.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer portfolios (excluding sales) from onboarding to completion
2. Setting up customers on internal CRM
3. Preparing customers for tender
4. Managing relationships with customers and suppliers to handle queries
5. Handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests
6. Resolving objections and terminations
7. Managing meter installations and removals
8. Addressing MOP & DCDA-related cases
Skills and Experience Required:
1. 3+ years of experience in the Energy market - working for a utility supplier or consultancy
2. Understanding of Energy account management processes – contracts/COT/MOPs/DCDAs
3. Hardworking and reliable with experience of delivering high-quality customer service
4. Keen eye for detail, analytical, and maintain accuracy under pressure
5. Excellent interpersonal and organisational/time management skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
