What We’re Looking For A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for creating a positive, child-centred learning environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies. Lead, mentor, and support a team of practitioners to deliver exceptional childcare and learning experiences. Work closely with families to foster strong relationships and ensure each child's individual needs are met. Oversee the planning and implementation of a broad and stimulating curriculum. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes children’s well-being and development.
