Skincare Consultant Luxury Beauty/Skincare Role Overview: As a Counter Manager, you will be a brand ambassador, actively driving and increasing sales by leading and coaching your team. You will ensure that every client receives a personalized luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will contribute to its growth by developing your client base, recruiting both domestic and international clientele, and building brand loyalty. The brand specializes in phyto-cosmetology, using the power of plants to create effective products for all skin and hair types, and has expanded into skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare. Main Responsibilities Sales Lead and coach your team to ensure all members meet or exceed sales targets, as set by your Line Manager. Manage NSV budgets and stock orders within specified time limits. Proactively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers. Link sell across product categories to increase average pound sale (A£S) and average unit sale (AUS). Organize monthly activities on the counter with Area Manager approval. Book Beauty Room events and ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and timely. Use emotional intelligence and storytelling skills to educate clients about the brands heritage and values. Identify each clients intent behind their visit and maximize all sales opportunities through brand knowledge and sales techniques. KPI: Achieve sales targets. Meet AUS and A£S targets. Management Manage Team Members proactively, identifying coaching and development opportunities, and providing training and support. Maintain stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager, ensuring sufficient inventory. Grow your business through events, appointments, and return bookings. Complete operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard. KPI: Manage individual Beauty Consultants performance with Area Manager support. Service Be knowledgeable about all products and confidently propose personalized products to clients, overcoming objections as needed. Demonstrate products through skincare consultations, make-overs, and protocols, explaining the benefits of each product. Recruit new customers by creating engaging interactions and traffic-stopping moments. Identify, understand, and reformulate clients' needs to ensure they leave satisfied. Build strong, loyal relationships with clients. Capture customer information in the database, adhering to GDPR guidelines. Educate clients on products and the brand. KPI: Achieve CRM and service targets set by the company. Additional Responsibilities Monitor and report stock levels to Line Manager, ensuring sufficient inventory. Participate in merchandise management, following corporate guidelines. Complete all operational tasks such as rotas and sickness reporting. Represent the brand at all times, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Build relationships with store management and follow store policies. Undertake additional duties as directed by the management team. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should be: A Manager with a proven sales background in premium beauty.
