This role is integral to our operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and relationships are nurtured. If you have a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you. Day-to-day of the role: Raising and progressing customer orders through to delivery. Building and enhancing relationships with customers. Liaising between customers and the studio for artwork approvals. Maintaining internal sales processes and customer stock management. Providing support for the external sales team. Handling new sales enquiries and estimating. Managing customer complaints and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Engaging with customers primarily by telephone and email, with occasional in-person meetings at our purpose-built site. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as an Account Manager is preferable. Professional, personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanour. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Capable of working under pressure and to tight timescales. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
