You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive, dynamic and multi-skilled nursing team, while led and supported by three experienced nursing managers. We are looking for passionate, patient-centred individuals, that have a demonstrable career in general nursing, with practice nursing experience being preferable although not essential. A background in chronic disease management including asthma and diabetes is essential for this role, as is the ability to work well both within a team and as an individual, to best serve our large and diverse patient population across our five Derby sites.
