We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic new Jaywinger who can support our Client Service Team with the day-to-day delivery of fully integrated campaigns for some of the biggest clients within our agency.
Our Senior Account Managers are a real driving force behind the client accounts they manage, and this role presents an opportunity to work with some of the biggest brand names in the business! We are looking for a strategic thinker who is able to interpret and deliver media strategies, owning the day-to-day client relationship, managing all briefs, and working with multiple specialist teams across the business.
As well as having the chance to work on full 360° marketing campaigns, you will be expected to gain the respect and trust of your client and colleagues through your phenomenal interpersonal skills, organisational brilliance, strategic thinking, and leadership. Working closely alongside your Account Director, you will develop opportunities to grow the account by being our internal “Integrated” expert and their agency lynchpin.

Role Purpose

You will be a member of one of our client teams, managed by the Client Services Director but will report to an Account Director on a day-to-day basis. You will also enjoy plenty of support from the whole team; including creatives, developers, strategists, data scientists, and media performance specialists.
Key Accountabilities
Essential skills will include (but not be limited to):
1. 3 – 4 years’ experience minimum in Organic and Paid Media. You will have a strong understanding and proven experience managing integrated media and digital accounts, enabling you to have high-level strategic conversations with clients and channel specialists alongside an understanding of all aspects of media activity briefing and delivery.
2. Willingness to get stuck in - supporting all levels within the team, managing day-to-day client relationships, and handling digital projects and retained accounts.
3. A natural organiser – you’ll be expected to juggle multiple projects, client demands, and deadlines on a daily basis – working with the Account Executives and coordinating the support of a talented team internally, to make sure client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.
4. Previous experience working within an integrated agency (or client-side) - You’ll be used to liaising with media experts, analytics, developers, and creatives to get the work done effectively on behalf of your clients. You’ll be pulling together insights, channel strategies, and creative ideas to shape media solutions, then sharing campaign ideas and results with both the client and the agency teams.
5. You’ll understand the customer journey and the impacts that can be made by actions at the right time and through the right channel and you have the capability to efficiently create and articulate a comprehensive integrated client strategy across the entire sales funnel.
6. A head for data and an analytical mindset– whether it’s evaluating a spike in a client’s results or understanding the reasons behind a lack of interactions, your naturally inquisitive nature will be spotting potential opportunities to put our data science experts to work.
7. Strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Our Senior Account Managers are critical to the success of our client/agency relationship and look to strike an amazing balance between client and agency to ensure we provide best-in-class client service.
8. Numerate and financially aware, you’ll have an attention for detail and be the person responsible for ensuring your account’s commercials are all in place, dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.
9. Great people skills – your personality will flex from brainstorming ideas with the internal team, taking briefs from clients, and trouble-shooting the natural glitches and conflicts that occur. Teamwork will be key to deliver the best results for our clients.
10. Confident in presenting – be it showcasing a case study to the team or delivering a presentation directly to your client on trends, competitors, or results, you’ll have some PowerPoint wizardry and presentation experience under your belt.
11. Ability to handle client feedback, both praise and critique, then effectively manage actions and provide feedback to the internal team whilst managing the client’s expectations on deliverables throughout a project’s process.
12. An interest in the bigger picture. Working alongside a number of internal stakeholders to understand the client’s business and strategically help them shape their full funnel approach.
