Our customers want to access our services at any time of the day or night and our dedicated Customer Service Team works around the clock to make this happens whether online, over the telephone or in person.
We are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to support the Customer Services Operational Managers in the leadership, motivation, and development of a dedicated Customer Service Team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer services and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is a very fast paced, high volume, multi-channel environment and we are looking for an experienced customer service professional with demonstrable skills.
You will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams and delivering high quality results in a demanding customer service environment. You will be flexible, approachable, and highly organised.
