If you’re technically minded, organised, and a great team player – we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Tool Repairs & Servicing – Inspect, repair, and service a variety of tools, ensuring all work meets high standards Processing Returns – Handle initial service centre returns efficiently. Calibration & Certification – Generate accurate calibration certificates. Customer Service – Package and process tools for return to customers. Warehouse Support – Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse operations when required. What We’re Looking For: Technical & IT Skills – Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is beneficial. Attention to Detail – Accuracy is key when repairing tools and handling documentation. Great Communication – Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers. Team Player – Works well within a busy warehouse environment. Strong Work Ethic – Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven.
