We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team as Assistant Retail Manager on a 30 hour contract, 5 days over 7, in our busy Rosyth shop.
What You’ll Do
Your main role will be to support the retail manager in all aspects of operations and team management in your shop, including:
* Leading by example and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets while providing our customers with a great shopping experience every time.
* Working closely with the Retail Shop Manager to monitor and maximize the performance of the team.
* Completing compliance tasks to ensure that the shop is running diligently.
* Jumping on the till and helping the team during busy periods while delegating tasks.
* Sharing morning, afternoon, and late afternoon shifts on a rota basis, including setting up display cabinets, counting stock, and cleaning.
* Handling cash daily and ordering stock to ensure optimum availability for customers.
So it's a busy hands-on role!
