About the Job
We're looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Sheffield. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for discussing how we can enhance customers' digital lives and recommending the right products for them.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Talking to customers over the phone to discuss their needs and recommend products.
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
