Job Overview: The Property Manager will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of distressed properties, ensuring efficient administration under LPA receiverships, and maximizing asset value. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of LPA receiverships and be adept at managing property issues, from maintenance to tenant relationships and financial oversight. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties under LPA receivership, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve property-related issues and maintain property standards. Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements, including risk assessments and property inspections. Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and cash flow management, with a focus on optimizing asset value and recovery for creditors. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, sourcing reliable contractors and overseeing works as needed. Assist with property sales, valuations, and market analysis to support asset disposal strategies. Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, property status, and financial metrics.
