Holm Filters is a dynamic fast-growing filter supplier to the Construction and Civil Engineering equipment industry.
The Holm brand is a new way of doing business and is taking the market by storm. We are looking to expand our growing Business Development Team to maximize selling opportunities and networking opportunities across the country.
You will be a strong communicator and team player and an essential part of the Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Reach out to existing and potential clients to present our products and services.
* Research potential clients and who best to contact within their organization.
* Communicate with existing customers to understand their requirements and plans.
* Direct prospects and opportunities to the sales team when needed.
* Secure appointment opportunities with confirmed date/time.
* Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
* Keep customer database updated.
Skill Requirements
* Experience as Business Development/Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
* Proven record of meeting KPIs.
* Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software.
* Willingness to learn about product and service specifications and benefits.
* Tenacious and resilient.
* Good time-management.
* Excellent verbal communication.
* Getting stuff done.
