Spire Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Spire Liverpool Hospital on a full-time and permanent basis. Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm - Some evening and weekend hours required depending on events and consultant engagement As Relationship Manager you will be responsible to to grow Primary Care referrals (patient numbers and revenue) by making Spire Healthcare the first choice for patient referrals from GPs, Allied Health professionals such as Physiotherapists and Osteopaths and to identify and maximise business development opportunities presented by commissioning groups. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): Plan and deliver a Primary Care engagement programme in consultation with the Hub Sales and Business Development Director to target an agreed mix of GP practices and other primary care professionals. Devise your own time, activity, and workload to ensure achievement of monthly targets within the primary care contact programme Work in partnership with central teams to plan and execute email campaigns and events using agreed processes and systems Education should include clinical workshops, surgery seminars and other education events for target GPs, CCG’s and allied health professionals. Work with GP Vocational training programmes to provide education for trainee GP’s Provide education for Patient groups within the catchment area Maintain a Primary Care contacts database and log all contacts, opportunities and six-monthly sales data on CRM. Use contact log to produce monthly sales activity report Collate GP referral data quarterly – in order to measure outcome of own relationship activity and to identify new contact opportunities What do you need to have?
