Support Worker (Childrens Services) Days & Nights
Salary: £12.21 per hour with enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates.
Hours: Full Time Hours covering days nights and weekends
Are you an experienced support worker with a passion for making a difference in childrens lives? We are seeking experienced childrens support workers to join our dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
About the role
Provide compassionate and person-centered care to children in line with their individual needs.
Support children with their daily routines, education, and emotional well-being.
Lead and supervise staff, ensuring best practices are followed at all times.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies.
Ensure a safe and positive living environment for children.
About You:
Experience working with children in a care or support setting is essential.
A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach and a passion for improving the lives if children in residential care.
Flexibility to work days and nights across a Monday-Sunday rota.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
