Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural and architectural steelwork projects. Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to assess project requirements. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Prepare and submit tender bids and proposals in a timely manner. Oversee all aspects of project cost management, including valuation of variations and final accounts. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and suppliers to ensure profitability. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities and supporting business development initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in estimating or quantity surveying within the structural and architectural steelwork industry. Strong understanding of steel fabrication and installation processes. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
