Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing buidlers merchants who provide a complete one stop shop for their commercial customers.
Now looking to bolster their maintenance team with an experienced all round Service Technician
Duties of the successful Service Technician will include:
Carry out quality checks on inbound & out bound machines & equipment
Provide fault diagnostic on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical & pneumatic systems
Repair or replace where neded
Ensure that planned maintenance initiatives are carried out effectively
To contribute to the health and safety of the site
Monitor, order & control stock
Ensure that ALL SOP’s meet health and safety requirements
Typical hours, Monday to Friday, 40hour week (days, some flexibility)

The Successful Service Technician will enjoy;

Required experience & characteristics of the Service Technician
Proven experience repairing & maintaining construction equipment (paint sprayers, screed sprayers, generators)
Experienced in successfully completing multi-skilled repairs in mechanical and / or electrical/electronic engineering environments.
Mechanical, pneumatic or electrical engineering-based qualification a distinct advantage
