Crest Nicholson's Midlands Division are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the growing team at our office in Tamworth.
Customer service is central to our operation and we report regularly on our customer satisfaction ratings across the build stage. In this role you will be guiding and supporting our customers through their new homes purchase, aiding them through any initial snagging issues or areas in need of remedial work.
You may also speak with other members of the public whom are affected by our construction sites, resolving their queries and reporting any important information to the site teams.
You will coordinate with our contractors and technicians to complete works fast and with the least possible disruption to our customers. You will see the customers through the journey, following up with them to ensure any issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
This role is well suited to someone whom is positive and outgoing, with a strong sense of customer service. You will be working with clients in the process of what potentially is their biggest purchase they will make, and we want to make it as smooth and positive as possibl...
