Overview Of Role
The Murad Events & Education Manager will drive growth across the business through captivating event execution and inspirational education strategy. Focusing on partnering with key retail partners and owned channels to plan and execute events, training, and education that maximize brand awareness and retail sales. The Murad Events & Education Manager is responsible for supporting the brand Training Director in ensuring all brand representatives and store partners are educated on the Murad brand DNA and products, to be our brand advocates in store. The Murad Events & Education Manager will act as a key ambassador for Murad in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop together with the Head of National Accounts & execute the events strategy & calendar to provide immersive brand experiences and bring the products to life at key retailers including Space NK, Sephora, and John Lewis.
2. Develop and execute the training strategy & calendar, leveraging the global educational content and strategy.
3. Build strong relationships with key personnel in all retailer accounts by visiting top doors to ensure brand love & keep brand top of mind. Required to travel to UK regional cities to support key doors on an ad hoc basis.
4. Train in-store teams when required.
5. Support in-store pop-ups and activations in line with retail partners' trade plans, driving education and demonstrating the efficacy of Murad products.
6. Support key doors with GWP, sampling activation, and customer engagement at key commercial moments.
7. Achieve and exceed key sales targets, as agreed with the UK Head of National Accounts and the Business Brand Director.
8. Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare and beauty.
What We Are Looking For

3. Evidence of growing accounts through education and event activation.
4. Experience delivering educational events and workshops to large groups.
5. Luxury beauty/skincare sales experience.
6. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
7. Excellent team player.
8. Proactive and self-motivated.
9. Flexibility required during peak trade and weekends based on business needs.
10. Your normal hours of work will be 38 per week from Monday to Sunday spread over 5 of the 7 days; rota will be agreed in advance with Head of National Accounts.
