The role of the Recruitment Administrator is to manage the recruitment process and provide administrative support to the HR manager. They will support the HR Manager on a day-to-day basis as required.

Role Responsibilities:
* Advertising and maintaining vacancies on a variety of job boards via our internal system.
* Support with first line screening of CVs.
* Review all CV applications and liaise with Management regarding shortlisted applicants.
* Arrange interviews by preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates to attend.
* Complete initial phone screening calls where required.
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Obtain interview feedback from Hiring Managers.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies.
* Keep ATS up to date with candidate progress and notes.
* Collate management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis and report findings.
* Promote and encourage feedback from candidates and employers to help drive continuous improvement.
* Operate to recruitment processes, policies, and procedures at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in a similar fast-paced role.
* Experience using job boards.
* Excellent communication skills and strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Experience working with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
* Prior experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email, and calendars.
