About the role:
As a NAV/BC Presales Consultant, you will provide technical and functional support to the sales team in respect of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Identify, understand, and define client needs, objectives, and business drivers, and design a solution that meets the clients’ requirements.
2. Assist with the creation of service estimates.
3. Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations.
4. Demonstrate the value of the solution (not just the functionality).
5. Build a strong working relationship with the TSG sales & technical teams.
6. Support prioritized sales cycles, helping with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations, and presentations.
7. Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, and client requests for information.
8. Communicate the business requirements to the project/implementation team after sale completion to ensure a smooth transition to implementation stages.
9. Possess a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
10. Stay up to date with new trends within Dynamics 365, our competitors, partners, and the IT industry.
11. Attend industry seminars and events to raise the profile of TSG and maintain knowledge of the industry.
12. Nationwide travel will be required as part of this role.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Industry standard accreditations for Microsoft and others in either sales or presales certifications would be beneficial but not essential.
2. Comfortable presenting to internal sales teams and clients at any level.
3. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Strong PowerPoint & presentation skills.
6. Strong commercial awareness and a broad understanding of client business issues.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to build rapport and good working relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Needs-based sales methodology; solution or consultative selling.
10. Minimum 12 months experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
11. Awareness and appreciation of the demonstration-to-win approach to selling.
12. Possess a client-centric consultative approach to solution design.
