On behalf of our client based in Deeside, we are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Duties: Place material orders with suppliers. Oversee sourcing capabilities and supply chain management. Develop policies and procedures for the procurement process. Manage invoices, including posting to the financial system and addressing any queries. Handle calls from technicians and create purchase orders in the CRM system, while monitoring job costs. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and update the CRM system as needed. Attend meetings and collaborate with internal staff to coordinate materials and equipment for large projects. Organize uniforms, PPE, and vehicle stock for new starters. Follow up on updates regarding supplier quotes. What we are looking for in the successful candidate: Previous experience in an office setting, ideally with a purchasing background in the construction industry. Proficient in data entry and clerical duties. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively. What our client can offer in return: Salary up to £29,000 Per Annum Working hours 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday
