We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Team Support and Sales Assistance
* Assist the Team Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
* Follow up on sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
* Schedule and coordinate customer demonstrations of DegaFill products
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Data Management and Analysis
* Manage and maintain accurate sales data in the company's CRM system
* Conduct critical analysis of sales data to evaluate the performance of various sales functions
* Generate comprehensive reports on sales metrics and trends
* Present findings and insights to the Business Development Manager and National Sales Director
Administrative Support
* Prepare and distribute sales materials and product information
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
* Maintain organised filing systems for sales records and customer information
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role within construction or the flooring industry (preferred)
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
