Leading thePharmacy department, you’ll help develop all Pharmacy servicesavailable at the hospital, driving innovation and improvement inone of the UK’s leading independent healthcare providers. Not onlywill you be valued here for the skills and expertise you bring as aPharmacy Manager, but you’ll also have the chance to build on them,too, through our Ramsay Academy. You will be basedacross two of our sites; Mount Stuart Hospital in Torquay andExeter Medical inExeter.
What you’llbring withyou
* Currentregistration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC - General PharmaceuticalCouncil
* Clinical Diploma orequivalent clinical pharmacistexperience
* Experience in amanagement role, carrying out staff appraisal, development andtraining
* Familiarity withelectronic stock controlsystems
* Policy, procedureand/or guideline developmentexperience
* Audit and dataanalysisexperience
* Budgetaryand Change management experience –desirable
* Businesscase development experience –desirable
